A 1-month product warranty is provided by the Led leader Service Centre.

Equipment Warranty Repair Conditions:
1. The Led leader Service Centre provides warranty service for subscriber mobile equipment in accordance with agreements with manufacturers or equipment suppliers. The equipment owner is entitled to warranty service if:
- The warranty period has not expired.
- The IMEI, model, colour and configuration match the records in the database of phones under warranty.
- The malfunction was not caused by the Owner's negligence.
- Was not the result of using the equipment for purposes other than intended or contrary to the operating rules.
- Did not arise from exposure to moisture or liquid.
- Was not caused by the entry of foreign substances or objects into the equipment.
- Was not the result of any other violations of the operating rules.
2. The use of accessories not approved by the manufacturer may damage the equipment and constitutes a violation of operating rules that voids all warranties on the equipment.
3. The warranty is void if the equipment is opened or repaired by any other service centre.
4. The maximum warranty repair period is 14 business days from the date of contacting the Led leader Service Centre.
A 12–36 month warranty is provided on original equipment certified by the Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies (UA UCRF), with a 12–36 month warranty from manufacturer representatives. Service is carried out at authorised service centres designated by the respective manufacturers.
The package must include:
- mobile phone, battery, charger;
- original box;
- instruction manual;
- warranty card with addresses and phone numbers of service centres providing free warranty service.
